AuthorCon IV (a Scares That Care charity event) is just a few weeks away. October 4th through the 6th, to be precise.

The hotel room block has been extended to September 18th. If you haven’t yet booked your hotel, you can still get rooms in the room block. And if you tried to book at the hotel and the hotel website told you the room block was sold out and you booked a hotel elsewhere, you can still get rooms in the room block. Regardless of if you're just starting out or already a full-time writer, you can benefit from grants. 4:30pm – 5:30pm: Marketing and Promotion – Daniel J. Volpe (Moderator), A.G. Mock, Jay Bower, Sonora Taylor, D.M. Guay, and Ira Rat reveal their tips and tricks for successfully marketing and promoting books, regardless of budget.
