Scares That Care Virtual Halloween Party
The Scares That Care charity is hosting a virtual Halloween party this Saturday, October 24, from 5pm to midnight (Eastern Standard Time). Like our previous virtual events, it will be livestreamed via the Scares That Care Weekend website and the Brian Keene YouTube page.

5:00 to 5:15pm – Welcome with Joe Ripple and Brian Keene
5:15pm to 5:30pm – Author V. Castro (Maria the Wanted, Legacy of the Keepers) joins us from London for a spooky story.
5:30pm to 5:40pm – No So Silent Auction 1
5:40pm to 6:00pm – Scares That Care’s Pam Blazi demonstrates some easy Halloween crafts for kids.
6:00pm to 6:30pm – Clairvoyant medium and psychic paranormal investigator Dakota Lawrence joins us for a Q&A.
6:30pm to 7:00pm – Emmy-Award winner Pruitt Taylor Vince (Identity, Bird Box) returns for an encore performance
7:00pm to 7:15pm – Author Robert Ford (The Compound, Bordertown) joins us with another spooky story.
7:15pm to 8:00pm – It’s not quite a Splatterpunk reunion, but it is a Q&A with legendary screenwriters and bestselling authors Joe R. Lansdale (Bubba Ho-Tep, Hap & Leonard), David J. Schow (The Crow, Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3) and John Skipp (A Nightmare on Elm Street 5, The Long Last Call).
8:00pm to 8:15pm – Author and former World Class Heavyweight Kickboxer Wrath James White joins us for a hard-hitting Halloween story.
8:15pm to 8:30pm – Not So Silent Auction 2
8:30pm to 9:00pm – Scares That Care’s Joe Ripple offers a sneak peek at the charity’s plans for next year.
9:00pm to 10:00pm – Robert Bradley of the Center for Paranormal Research and Investigation joins us for some virtual ghost hunting.

10:15pm to 10:30pm – Author John Urbancik (Darkwalker, The Corpse and the Girl From Miami) joins us with another Halloween tale.
